| 32岁的岳阳市妇女冯路说：“现在买的人多了，‘玄机’跟以前不一样了。以前好猜，现在呢？如果特码要出‘鼠’，它玄机就告诉你‘蛇’。”冯路的表情，透着谙熟其道的暗喜。她是铁杆码民，下岗后无事可做，时常买码。 在地下“六合彩”的实际运作中，至少有三种角色不可或缺：码民、写单者和庄家。 写单者承担着类似于彩票投注站的作用，在很多集镇和农村，他们用一张复写纸写出一式两份的小纸条，如：“38，200，2004－6－29”———表示买码者在2004年6月29日以200元赌注押38为当期特码。如果当期香港“六合彩”特码是38，则码民应获得8000元奖金，否则就意味着输掉了200元。写单者和码民各执一份，两个数字加上日期，就能构成交易凭据的全部。 之后写单者联络上线庄家，转报手中的押注情况，同时从庄家那里抽取码金的10％作为酬劳。 庄家相当于地下“六合彩”的经营者。他们根本无需与香港“六合彩”公司有任何关联，只要能收到码民的“报单”，按照开码结果支付奖金即可。 2003年4月3日，平江县码民从虹桥镇信用社取走资金320多万元，第二天，这笔钱全部流向广东，制造了该镇有史以来首次金融危机。在县级市汨罗，凡买码日通过当地邮局汇往广东、香港的资金日均约500万元。资金被疯狂地“抽空”。这个阶段，主要是广东、深圳等地的幕后庄家大量获利，直到今天，岳阳市的码民依然称他们为“红庄”，以此区别本地腰包欠丰、“小打小闹”的黑庄。事实上，这些所谓的“红庄”，有不少都是坐阵沿海的本地人。地下六合彩近两年的疯狂积累，已经养肥了一批这样的“抽血机器”。过去8个月中，湖南省警方多次南下广东，抓捕幕后庄家。 2003年5月，岳阳市打击地下“六合彩”联合办公室正式挂牌，并向市民公布了举报电话，奖励额度高达5000元到1万元。接下来，下发文件，召开会议，各部门联合行动。一时间，城市置身于“全民打码”的气氛中。 4至5个月之后，钻出地面的地下六合彩被打回“地下”。 与此同时，地下“六合彩”自身也发生着变化。 能够用于投入的剩余资金少了，以身家性命相博的少了，极端的惨剧少了。人们的心理也实现了相应的调试，地下六合彩开始渗入社会生活的地层。看上去，它甚至在“平稳地运转”。 “六合彩”风行之初，为了减少风险，有的写单者甚至雇人用手铐看管庄家，直至开码兑现。流转环节之间的风险，提高了地下六合彩的交易成本。 |
